Professional Experience

Katrina Burley is an urban planner with 10 years’ professional experience working across projects for local and state governments and the private sector, which has led to her developing an in-depth knowledge and understanding of planning processes in New South Wales. Katrina has particular expertise in strategic and precinct planning, including large scale urban renewal and greenfield projects.

She has also worked on a variety of amendments to state policy, rezoning proposals and development applications in her roles at both the NSW Department of Planning and Environment and Lismore City Council.

Katrina has the ability to establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, has excellent problem solving and communication skills, and has experience engaging with a range of stakeholders across a variety of projects.
