Karl has 25 years of experience leading significant architectural projects in Australia and overseas. He has expertise in delivering large budget facilities with specialist technical performance requirements, intensive stakeholder and end user involvement, unique brief requirements, and complex client group structures. 

His work encompasses tertiary and secondary education projects, mental health care facilities, high end residential developments, commercial offices, community / interpretive centres, and urban design master plans. Notably, Karl has delivered award–winning projects under a variety of procurement methods, including design and construct, managing contract, public-private partnership, and traditional approaches.
