Michele brings over 25 years of global experience in architectural and urban design, having worked in Sydney, London, and Singapore. Her expertise lies in design vision and master planning for renewal sites, spanning across mixed-use, commercial, education, living, and transport and infrastructure sectors. Michele is responsible for the design direction, as well as the day-to-day coordination, communication and management of teams. 

Her strategic thinking, time management, problem-solving abilities, and design skills are evident throughout her projects. Michele works closely with clients and design teams to ensure a strategic approach to every project, resulting in impactful and innovative design solutions.
