Dean is leading the design and delivery of mission critical facilities at Architectus, specialising in data centre architecture.

With expertise in the programming, planning and design of complex and high-performance buildings, he is highly adept and experienced at managing the intricacies of technical projects, from initial design to operational performance.

Dean has led strategic infrastructure initiatives throughout Australia, developing and designing major mission critical facilities with clients such as NEXTDC, Microsoft, Amazon, and the Department of Defence.

An accomplished leader, Dean fosters a collaborative environment and is recognised for his ability to identify innovative and sustainable solutions that balance functional needs with social and economic parameters to deliver the best outcomes for clients.

Before joining Architectus, Dean was Director and Office & Industrial Portfolio Leader at the multi-disciplinary practice Hames Sharley, where he oversaw award-winning projects in the Office, Industrial, Defence, Infrastructure, Transport and Rail markets.
