Our Social Responsibility Policy sets the agenda for a range of people-focused initiatives including industry-leading paid parental leave, equal opportunity, and flexible work.
We also have programs focused on staff wellbeing and learning, including a sought-after graduate program and extensive work experience opportunities.
Our health and safety practices are consistently monitored to ensure everyone at Architectus has multiple avenues to raise concerns or suggest opportunities for improvement.

We are a collective made up of people across a spectrum of ages, genders, and cultural backgrounds, and we each have a unique life story and career path that brought us to Architectus.
