As Sector Leader Rail, Amanda is dedicated to transforming the way we live and move through our cities. With extensive experience in infrastructure, transport architecture, and public space enhancement, her approach is grounded in an appreciation of place and community values. Understanding the customer journey and operational requirements has been key to her successful delivery of rail projects. 

Amanda has delivered significant public infrastructure projects domestically and internationally. She collaborates closely with key stakeholder groups to gain a comprehensive understanding of briefing and technical requirements, ensuring that designs are efficient and accurate. 

Known for adding value and innovation while minimising costs, her enduring designs prioritise practicality and user experience, creating accessible, easy-to-use, and logical spaces for people to enjoy. 

Amanda’s experience working on construction sites has honed her problem-solving and design detailing skills. She has a deep understanding of the construction process and always designs with “constructability” in mind. 

Amanda also serves on Committee for Brisbane’s Transport, Logistics and Mobility Sub-Committee, contributing to the development of the region’s future transport solutions.
