Ralph offers our clients and teams more than 20 years of knowledge and experience designing and delivering some of the largest, most technically complex defence projects in Australia.

In addition to managing Department of Defence projects, he has led high-profile work such as Air5428 Pilot Training Systems, Victoria Barracks Redevelopment Melbourne, and, most recently, the Riverina Redevelopment Program.

Leading our Defence Sector, Ralph will draw on the practice’s deep cross-sector expertise in workplace, aviation, rail, science and research, education, urban planning, residential, and interiors to deliver a unified client offer.

His extensive design and delivery experience, both here and overseas, mean he’s attuned to the complexities of defence work. That expertise will be instrumental to the collaborative work we do designing the next generation of defence infrastructure.
