Lawrence oversees the work we do across Health and Defence– an extensive portfolio that continues to grow following the completion of our merger with Conrad Gargett, where he is the Managing Director and also plays an active role in key projects.
An accomplished architect and collaborative leader, Lawrence moves effortlessly between diverse sectors, typologies and environments, helping to resolve even the most complex brief. Through an open, responsive consultation process with clients and user groups, he mobilises teams to create meaningful, enduring architecture that reflects a collective vision and delivers exceptional value.
Lawrence’s Health portfolio includes projects such as the Frankston Hospital Redevelopment in Victoria and the Eurobodalla Regional Hospital on the South Coast of New South Wales. His deep experience in Defence work covers major sustainment and capability projects across Australia for the Air Force, Army and Navy.
