Belinda is an established and forward-thinking executive leader whose global experience and commercial acumen play a key role in shaping the strategic direction and long-term growth of Architectus.

With a career spanning Cape Town, London and Sydney, Belinda has built a reputation for leading large multinational organisations through periods of growth and transformation across the IT, legal, engineering, and construction sectors.

A Chartered Accountant, Belinda also brings expertise in tax, valuations and systems across employee-owned and private companies.

Belinda brings extensive financial expertise and a future-focused approach to leadership, balancing commercial discipline with innovation and a focus on building scalable, resilient organisations. She focuses on ensuring Architectus has the systems, capability, and people in place to support continued growth and success as the largest architecture and design practice in our region.

As a member of our Executive Management Group, Belinda plays a critical role in shaping the strategic direction, governance, and sustainable growth of the practice. She has also played an invaluable role in guiding financial integration and transformation initiatives, including helping lead the successful merger with Conrad Gargett.
