Jane is an urban planner with over 20 years of experience. She is renowned for leading planning approvals for major and complex development projects.
Jane led the State Significant Development Application (SSDA) for the Art Gallery of NSW Expansion, Sydney Modern Project – a building of State and nationwide importance and subsequent s4.55 Modifications and current Crown Development Applications.
Her transport infrastructure projects include a Works Approval Application for stage one of the Canberra Light Rail and due diligence planning studies for Sydney’s NorthConnex and WestConnex road expansion projects.
She has worked for School Infrastructure NSW to provide planning services for several schools including, SSDAs for Mosman High School, Pendle Hill High School, Green Square Integrated Community Facility and School, Murwillumbah Education Campus, John Palmer Public School and Glenwood High School.
Health Infrastructure NSW has engaged Jane for numerous large scale health projects as SSDAs. Her portfolio in this field encompasses some of the State’s largest hospital projects of recent years, including the Westmead Hospital Stage 1 Redevelopment, Children’s Hospital Westmead Stage 2 Redevelopment, Concord Hospital Redevelopment, Wyong Hospital Redevelopment, Shellharbour Hospital Redevelopment, and Royal Prince Alfred Hospital Redevelopment.
Jane is an alternate local member for the City of Parramatta Council on the Sydney Central City Planning Panel (2018 – 2021 and re-elected 2021 – 2024) and was an expert member on the Parramatta Local Planning Panel, the Hawkesbury Local Planning Panel, and the Ryde Local Planning Panel from 2018-2021. In addition, she was a member of the Planning Institute of Australia (PIA) NSW Divisional Committee from 2015-2018 and was formerly vice president for PIA NSW (2017-18).
