Oscar is a strategic urban designer with a background and in architecture and planning and 15 years of experience. Oscar’s strength is in working with diverse project teams across a breadth of sectors, delivering great outcomes with clear links from planning and urban design strategy through to site-specific design.

Oscar’s skills include strategic planning and the development of controls, master planning and design development with complex spatial and planning constraints, independent design reviews and advice including Land and Environment Court matters.

Oscar has held leading roles on complex projects for both public and private sector clients including residential, educational, retail and employment-led master plans and urban renewal projects encompassing urban centres, historic places, significant urban extensions and greenfield sites. Prior to returning to Australia in 2011, Oscar worked in London, UK and brings experience of international best practice development from this time.
