The project involved the development of an existing carpark on the Redcliffe Hospital campus to deliver a four-level carpark accommodating 604 car spaces and 26 motorcycle bays.

The development features a shell space for an Information and Communications Technology (ICT) carrier lead-in room as well as a campus distributor room and conduits connecting to the main hospital building equipment room.

Site circulation upgrades optimise traffic flows, while the installation of site entry and exit controls enable the implementation of a parking tariff regime across the site. The driver experience is considered with carpark availability navigation and user-friendly payment systems in place along with covered walkways and shelters connecting the carpark to the hospital’s front entry. Electrical vehicle charging bays are also available.

An additional three floors have been accounted for in the design to allow for future expansion.
