NewLife Darling Harbour recognised by Australian Institute of Architects

Architectus is delighted to see our latest residential project, NewLife Darling Harbour shortlisted for the 2020 Australian Institute of Architects NSW Awards in the ‘Multiple-Housing Architecture’ category.

This elegant apartment complex located at 495 Harris Street Ultimo is highly responsive to its site and the rich character of its neighbourhood. The multi-layered building steps down from nine-storeys along Harris Street to six levels facing Bulwara Lane, providing 200 apartments including penthouse, a broad range of single storey apartments and several two-level terrace apartments at street level.
