New Principals and perspectives for our leadership team

Today marks a significant shift in our practice as three senior business leaders join our Principal cohort at Architectus.

The promotions recognise the important work these individuals do to support our designers and clients collaborating on projects to make a positive, lasting impact on people, cities and communities.

Bridgeen Rocks, Principal – Clients + Growth, has put energy and passion into elevating our client experience over the last two years, working closely with our management team and sector leaders to achieve key goals across our markets.

Lucy Russell-Slater, Principal – People Advisory + Learning, has been pivotal in developing our People strategy and has skillfully managed significant growth and change in the organisation.

Finally Bryson Millers, Principal and Group Director Delivery + Digital, has been integral to our commercial progress over the past five years, leading our complex merger with Conrad Gargett to help us become the fully integrated, united design force we are today.

These new additions to our Principal group will strengthen our client experience and bring valuable skills, knowledge, and perspectives to the practice’s leadership team.

Congratulations to our newest Principals.
