Bryson has played an integral role in the commercial success of Architectus, helping us become the fully integrated, united design force we are today.
As a Group Director and member of our Executive Management Group, he oversees our approach to project delivery and digital advancement, including how we harness the power of AI and automation as a practice.
Since stepping into his dual role in Delivery + Digital, Bryson has transformed our approach to project management, adopting powerful new tools and streamlining our processes to make delivery more efficient.
Bryson also led our complex merger with Conrad Gargett, drawing on his commercial, project and risk management expertise to help us navigate the process smoothly and successfully.
He has more than 20 years of experience in project management, commercial management, performance improvement, project delivery and risk management across various industries – the built environment, transport and infrastructure, resources and manufacturing – in Australia and the Middle East.
