Bryson plays a key role in driving the commercial success of Architectus.
As Integration Leader, Bryson led our complex merger with Conrad Gargett, drawing on his commercial, project and risk management expertise to help us make a smooth transition into a fully integrated design force.
He has over 20 years of experience in project management, commercial management, performance improvement, risk management and project delivery across various markets – the built environment, transport and infrastructure, resources and manufacturing – in Australia and overseas.
A results-driven professional, Bryson appreciates the demands that business success requires. On every project, he brings consulting expertise, dedication, focus and effective decision making.
As a former Principal at multi-discipline design firm, GHD, he led extensive project opportunities as part of the NSW infrastructure boom with great success. He also led a profitable operating centre for the Middle East operations in challenging economic conditions.
