Bridgeen is a passionate advocate for our client-led culture at Architectus.

As Principal Clients + Growth, she oversees our investment in clients and collaborators, ensuring our practice forms strong, successful partnerships. Bridgeen understands that by listening to and learning from our partners – and testing and challenging our ideas together – we can co-create more innovative places and spaces.

Known for both her strategic thinking and direct, engaging communication style, Bridgeen plays a key role in our Executive Management Group, enhancing the performance and growth of Architectus by continually improving the quality of the client experience.

After originally qualifying as a lawyer, Bridgeen’s career path led to executive roles across the architecture, property, and construction industries, where she developed successful advocacy and market growth strategies.

She is highly respected in the profession for her vision, energy, and creativity along with her passion for building a more inclusive and diverse industry. Bridgeen is a member of the Executive NSW Committee of the Property Industry Foundation and a former Board Director of the National Association of Women in Construction.
