Lighthouse at Darling Park will be a vibrant new foreshore mixed-use neighbourhood destination that connects Sydney Harbour directly to the commercial core of the CBD. Located within the Darling Harbour Precinct, the site is on the south-western edge of Sydney’s CBD and to the east of the Pyrmont Peninsula. Reinvigorating the waterfront, the development will bring together a smart workplace of the future with an authentic, vibrant, and connected urban realm, connecting the foreshore and historic Pyrmont Bridge to the city.

Central to the development is a 183-metre tall contemporary commercial office tower designed to achieve 6 Star Green Star, 5.5-star NABERS Energy, 4-star Water and WELL v2 Gold certification. With a total Gross Floor Area of 89 000 m2, the development will provide approximately 75 000 m2 commercial and 14 000 m2 retail space.

A multi-level podium provides a vibrant and diverse retail and entertainment destination, activating the waterfront precinct with a choice of experiences. The immense urban realm includes 10 000 m2 of parklands, making it the most expansive addition of public space that central Sydney has seen in a century. It will balance passive gardens with vibrant and activated spaces to blur the boundary between private and public, workplace and open space.
