HQ 1 Division / 1 Intelligence Battalion is part of the Enhanced Land Force Stage 2B project. This project consists of the provision of new Command, Training, Maintenance, Operational Support and Administrative Functions within an integrated master planned and landscaped precinct.
The combined HQ 1 Division / 1 Intelligence Battalion facility resolves the complex security requirements with a large flexible office facility arranged in a H shape. The central core divides the facility into two halves and delivers a private courtyard for each unit. The building design delivers value for money, wholes of life and sustainable design criteria.
