Developed adjacent to an existing residential aged care facility this development delivers independent retirement living apartments around a beautifully landscaped courtyard and community spaces.

Bolton Clarke purchased the site with an existing 120 Bed Aged Care Facility and vacant land with a development approval for 64 Independent Living Apartments (ILA’s). Our team was engaged to provide master planning and interior design services for the development of a new residential aged care, resident communal areas and At Home Support Services.

Stage 1, 2 & 3 of Development Consent is for the construction of 64 ILA’s comprising 49 x 2 bedroom and 15 x 3 bedroom apartments with associated basement car parking. The approved proposal for the ILA development links into the existing RAC and is constructed around a central village green. The development will incorporate the heritage listed Deskford House. The ILA’s are proposed to be supported by numerous community facilities including current approval for a hairdressing salon, consulting rooms, billiard room, activity/games room, library and cinema.
