Located in Fremantle, 8 Point Street comprises two buildings over a single-level podium, featuring 215 high-quality apartments, retail spaces, and a north-facing communal landscaped courtyard.

The development aims to revitalise the eastern end of Fremantle by better connecting the city centre with the precinct. It embraces the delicate heritage parkland and confident industrial context, respecting the city’s rich heritage and character.

The design is driven by the site’s connection to Princess May Park, creating an active precinct, and integrating with the fabric and character of Fremantle. Key features include redistributing mass from the northern frontage to create a more harmonious interface with the park, a focus on well-being and health, a facade language inspired by Fremantle’s character, and a robust material palette reflecting the city’s vernacular.

Focused on enhancing both individual and community well-being, the project  prioritises health and sustainability. It emphasises quality views and a strong connection to nature, promoting active transportation options while offering a diverse range of accommodations to support housing diversity.
