With almost two decades of experience in urban design and place-making, Lauren has helped shape significant people-focused urban environments across both metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.

Her diverse portfolio spans transport, education, defence, and public sector projects. This cross-sector experience has given Lauren a deep understanding of navigating multi-stakeholder environments to ensure successful outcomes.

Specialising in transport-oriented urban design, Lauren has played key roles in some of Victoria’s most significant urban transformation initiatives such as the Suburban Rail Loop—a once-in-a-generation infrastructure project redefining connectivity across Melbourne. Her work on master plans for key regional transport hubs such as Ballarat Station and Bendigo Station also demonstrate her ability to balance strategic planning with place-sensitive design.

With a multidisciplinary background spanning urban design and planning, Lauren is known for crafting visionary yet practical solutions, whether delivering transport precinct strategies, leading education or defence infrastructure design, or shaping public realm frameworks.
