ULI Asia Pacific Awards for Excellence recognise Brookfield Place

Located in the heart of Sydney’s, central business district, Brookfield place is one of 23 finalists across the Asia Pacific region for the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Asia Pacific Awards for Excellence — recognising the full development process of a project.

Brookfield Place is a fully integrated Transit Oriented Development with a world-class identity and revitalisation of Carrington Street as one of Sydney’s premium addresses. The centrepiece 27-storey office tower at 10 Carrington Street features generous floor plates that offer a total net lettable area of 59 000 m2 and six roof terraces that provide 1700 m2 of outdoor space. The tower highlights a superb workplace design standard throughout, with quality facilities, amenities and finishes applied across a seamless and highly functional layout.

Evaluated by a jury on how the project has achieved marketplace acceptance, financial success and achieved a high standard of excellence across a range of disciplines—architecture, design, planning, construction, resiliency, economics, management, Brookfield Place has been recognised for its positive impact on Sydney CBD commuters in the immediate context.

ULI brings together industry leaders with a common commitment to improving professional standards, seeking the best use of land, and following excellent practices.  Founded in 1936, the Institute now has over 45,000 members worldwide representing the entire spectrum of land use and real estate development disciplines, working in private enterprise and public service.

Winning projects will be announced by ULI on 7 June and showcased at the ULI Asia Pacific Summit from 30 August to 1 September 2022.

Congratulations to all projects shortlisted in this year’s program.
