Melbourne Airport voted Best Airport in Australia/Pacific

Travellers decide Melbourne Airport is the Best Airport in Australia/Pacific region

Our long-term client Melbourne Airport has recently been voted Best Airport in Australia/Pacific for 2020 in the world’s largest aviation customer service poll.

We’re proud that our recent upgrades of the International Terminal check-in zones and security screening areas have been recognised as improving the experience of travelling passengers and airport staff.

We designed the complete refurbishment of international security screening and transformed several of the check-in zones to a future-focussed flexible self-service model. Timber has been introduced as a warm and inviting backdrop to a carefully conceived and streamlined ‘kit of parts’ that facilitate a smooth, calm and enjoyable passenger experience.
