“I’m a passionate client advocate – committed to listening and learning from our clients,” says Bridgeen. “And at Architectus, we listen. This team partners with designers. We encourage them to always stand in the client’s shoes – to understand and improve their journey. It’s a great journey to be part of.”
Working hand-in-glove with Bridgeen is Sally Fielder, a standout performer in our Business Development team since joining Architectus in 2017. She is now the beating heart of our New Business engine room, leading six exceptional bid coordinators to achieve successful bids by communicating the Architectus vision to clients.
“I’m proud to lead a diverse team of professionals who help ignite new projects and creative partnerships,” says Sally. “Architectus has grown significantly in the last two years. We have redefined ourselves as a national, multidisciplinary practice to our clients and the industry. We’ve now reached another turning point and I’m excited to see what the future holds.”
On the Communications side of C+C, Natalie Silber’s love of storytelling has seen her define the narratives of some of Australia’s largest cultural organisations. At Architectus, she leads a team of talented creatives including digital marketers, graphic designers, videographers and copywriters to help shape the Architectus voice and extend its reach.
“Spaces can define the moments and memories in our lives that matter most,” says Natalie. “That’s why I was drawn to Architectus. I can see how deeply the human experience underpins its design philosophy. And I’m eager to unearth new ways of celebrating our people, projects and the work we do in a much-changed world.”
