Professional Experience

Sally Fielder leads our national New Business team within Clients + Communications, working with our Sector Leaders to define and implement strategies for achieving business development objectives and building sustainable, fruitful relationships with clients, collaborators and industry partners. With over ten years of experience in business development, she ensures a client-centric approach underpinned by industry best practice.

With qualifications in Business and Communications and a career spent in the property and design industry,  Sally leverages knowledge and capability across the business to find synergies between markets and position our experts in front of the best opportunities in Australia. She believes a sound business development strategy is grounded in authentic, mutually beneficial and long-term partnerships, which translates to a considered approach to client relationship management and engagement across our key sectors. She also curates a series of business development training programmes for Architectus staff. ‘The BD Mindset’ provides emerging leaders with the principles, processes, and context to make an individual contribution to the growth of our business.

Originally from Adelaide, she moved to Melbourne in 2016 and has been an active member and advocate for the Property Council of Australia, currently sitting on the PCA VIC Future Directions Committee.
