Barrack Place has been recognised with four awards at the 2020 Property Council Australia / Rider Levett Bucknall Innovation & Excellence Awards
We are absolutely delighted that Barrack Place has been recognised with four awards at the 2020 Property Council of Australia / Rider Levett Bucknall Innovation & Excellence Awards.
In addition to winning the PCA / RLB NSW State Award for Best Development, Barrack Place has won the Colliers International Award for Best Office Development, the Landcom Award for Best Sustainable Development – New Buildings, and the 2020 Rider Levett Bucknall Australian Development of the Year!

Barrack Place is the first building in Australia to receive WELL Core and Shell Gold Precertification and Platinum rating from the International WELL Building Institute™ (IWBI™) and has achieved 6 Star Green Star Office Design v3 certification from the Green Building Council of Australia.
