Education
Architectus designs transformative schools, campuses and buildings that support the latest approaches to teaching and learning and contribute to better educational outcomes. Each unique space can change the way people think, feel, and act. That’s why we take a holistic approach, understanding each user’s experience of space, whether physical or digital.
We collaborate with educators, students, technologists, and facility managers to design fundamentally resilient buildings and spaces. Flexible for daily use and over time, they’re also socially and environmentally sustainable and cost effective to build and operate.
Completing more than 100 schools across New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria, our 100-strong national team of education designers has amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience.
Some of our industry-leading work includes the Macquarie University 1 Central Courtyard Building – part of a transformation of the campus – the purpose-driven Health and Community Centre of Excellence, biophilic design leader Barker College, and a range of schools for Melbourne’s fast-growing suburbs.
