Health Translation Hub
A key building within the broader Randwick Health and Education Precinct delivered by partners Plenary Health and University of New South Wales, the Health Translation Hub (HTH) will facilitate world-class integrated health care, medical research and education.
Architectus has conceived an elegant architectural concept that will bring together researchers, clinicians, educators, students and industry to reflect the facility’s commitment to innovate and transform healthcare. As well as improving health services to local communities, the seamless physical and working integration between the adjacent hospital and this new Health Translation Hub will enable UNSW to compete at the forefront of health research and education internationally.
Located on a prominent street corner the HTH will feature purpose-built spaces for researchers, educators, students and industry partners to work alongside clinicians as well as education, training and research rooms supporting research and knowledge exchange. The facility will also support the provision of ambulatory care clinics and community facing health initiatives.
The HTH is a State Significant Development and is a key part of the UNSW 2025 Strategic Plan which will expand and upgrade university facilities, deepen community connections and provide innovative learning and research environments for generations to come.
