The facility is planned around a generous landscaped courtyard providing a variety of never-ending walking circuits and outdoor recreation spaces for residents and families. Memory support principles are embedded in the facility design and planning.

The landscape courtyard spaces and the external landscape spaces provide a variety of never-ending walking circuits and outdoor recreation spaces for residents and families. The double height entry foyer links the main reception area and coffee shop to the landscape recreation space providing a hotel foyer atmosphere.

The planning provides a 144 bed residential aged care facility over two levels arranged around the generous landscaped courtyard. Visitor parking is provided at ground level adjacent to the porte cochere whilst staff parking is conveniently provided within a basement carpark.
