Our team worked with Edge Project Management to breathe new life into this South Brisbane asset for Mirvac.

A new identity has been created for 189 Grey Street. The entry portal is now pronounced with a sophisticated bronze cladding profile and bespoke timber bench seating.

The story continues as one transitions inside the lobby. Transformed from a dark and lacklustre space, it is now a vibrant and welcoming environment for tenants and visitors to enjoy.

This new entry experience, along with upgraded lift cars and a cleverly planned and executed end-of-trip facility, has repositioned this asset to the delight of its building owner and tenants.
