Simon is a Senior Associate with over 17 years’ experience in heritage consultation, heritage conservation, refurbishments and adaptive reuse across commercial, institutional, public, education and residential sectors. Simon’s professionalism and passion for his work results in high quality design, documentation, coordination, and communication, facilitating a smooth construction process.

Simon graduated from QUT, Brisbane in 2007 with Honours, and has been a Registered Architect with the AIA since 2011.  He has extensive experience as principal consultant coordinating complex refurbishment projects involving upgrades to fire and life safety aspects, seismic resilience, equitable access, security and technology systems and the complete overhaul of building services for greater energy efficiency and lower maintenance.

Simon is a passionate advocate and leader in cutting-edge architectural technology; in particular the practical application of 3D point cloud scanning; and detailed Building Information Modelling (BIM).

He has demonstrated results in the application of these technologies, facilitating higher quality design solutions; better coordination between architectural and engineering disciplines; and smoother construction processes for the client.
