Rhianna is a Senior Associate with extensive experience in the design and delivery of health and education projects. She believes that key to a successful project is ensuring the needs of end-users are met and that client collaboration and attention to detail is essential.

Rhianna has applied her exceptional organisational and communication skills to facilitate the successful delivery of projects of various scales and complexities, ranging from heritage redevelopment projects within large institutional settings, to greenfield masterplanning projects.

Rhianna brings an open and empathetic approach to user briefing and consultation to help guide design decisions and outcomes. She has combined this focus with excellent problem solving skills and the ability to manage complexities in her projects.

Over the last year, Rhianna has worked closely with the Darling Downs Hospital and Health Service on the redevelopment of the existing Kingaroy Hospital site, including an extensive user engagement and consultation process. She has also continued to extend her education experience through the planning, design, documentation and delivery of Pottsville Beach, Lennox Head and Byron Bay primary schools for the NSW Department of Education.
