Paolo has built a strong reputation in the Education sector for his client‑focused approach, approachable manner and ability to lead projects from inception to completion. This combination has helped him form and sustain long‑term relationships with education clients.
Prior to joining Architectus, Paolo was a core member of the Education team at Carabiner for more than 20 years. Over the past decade he has focused his career on developing specialist expertise in school design, particularly standard pattern primary schools and education support facilities for children with disabilities, while fostering responsive, respectful relationships with education clients, school communities and contractors.
Paolo is a seasoned project manager, recognised for his ability to engage and motivate multidisciplinary teams and lead projects through to successful delivery.
