Matthew Spinaze has over 25 years of experience working on a range of projects for private and government clients. He has expertise in the design and management of large scale and complex projects and a proven track record of successfully delivering laboratories, general teaching spaces and University accommodation, law courts and
aviation buildings.

Driven on producing long-term good quality outcomes, Matt guides the project and the wider consultant design teams from the preparation of project briefs, master plan and feasibility studies through to the design, documentation and contract administration phases.
