Esther joined Architectus in 2019 bringing over 25 years of experience across the public, residential, commercial, health and education sectors. She has managed design teams on award-winning projects including the Royal Childrens Hospital Melbourne, Freshwater Place residential tower and distinct yet refined Crossbar building at Melbourne’s Federation Square.

Highly collaborative and skilled in project planning and management, Esther has worked on projects with multiple and large stakeholder groups. Her facilitation skills to engage and manage large stakeholder groups during briefing, option analysis and the design process have delivered innovative architectural solutions with tight briefing, design and construction deadlines.

Her substantial portfolio encompasses several projects with stringent technical and commercial requirements including several major buildings and upgrades in the justice and health sectors. Esther’s broad experience will bring valuable knowledge to the team.

Having also worked as a design manager Esther has further developed her commercially astuteness. She has a strong knowledge of various procurement methods and understands the governments principles of value for money and fiscal responsibility acknowledging and controlling project risk to optimise the outcome.
