Harbord Diggers shortlisted for two National Architecture Awards

We’re delighted to announce the mixed-use redevelopment, Harbord Diggers Club has been shortlisted for both Residential Architecture – Multi Housing, and Urban Design categories at the Australian Institute of Architects (AIA) National Architecture Awards.

The design was a collaboration between Architectus, CHROFI and JMD Design, celebrating the club’s iconic headland locality in Sydney’s Northern Beaches, while serving the local nearby community. The development includes a new club home, senior’s living village, community facilities, childcare, fitness centre and public swimming pool.

The AIA National Architecture Awards presentation will be held on Thursday 4 November 2021. Congratulations to all involved.
