Connie Argyrou joins Living Sector as Associate Principal

Following our announcement about our new group of Architectus leaders, today we welcome Connie Argyrou to the practice as our newest Associate Principal, joining the Living Sector in our Sydney Studio.

Connie has worked in senior positions for over a decade. She has led architectural teams across a range of residential projects, from single dwellings to large-scale mixed-use developments, retirement living, and aged care. She has been involved in all stages of the architectural process, from concept design to contract administration during construction.

With more than 20 years industry experience, Connie specialises in the analysis of complex sites and planning for maximum amenity and efficiency. Her involvement in numerous residential projects throughout Sydney has provide extensive experience working with a range of Councils.

Some of Connie’s recent major projects includes M by Monteofiore in Randwick, Anglicare Woolooware Shores in Taren Point, and Thomas Holt ‘Flame Tree’ in Kirrawee.

Connie embraces an understanding that budgeting, programming, and delivery run hand-in-hand with design excellence. What she enjoys most is working collaboratively with the client and consultant team to deliver innovative solutions to complex challenges.
