Connie embraces the complicated challenges that come with many residential projects, seeing them as an opportunity to find innovative solutions alongside clients and partners.

With more than 20 years in the profession, she’s adept at managing project budgets, programs and delivery without ever compromising design excellence.

During her lengthy tenures at Jackson Teece and Candalepas Associates, Connie has led architectural teams through every stage of a project – from competition to completion. Whatever the work, she is committed to smooth and efficient work practices, staff professional development, and up-to-the-minute knowledge of relevant planning reforms.

Her diverse portfolio covers single dwellings, large-scale mixed use developments, retirement living and aged care, retail and infrastructure projects, adaptive re-use of heritage buildings, and master planning of greenfield sites.

Connie has unique expertise in analysing complex sites and in planning approaches that achieve the greatest amenity and efficiency. She also has a track record of successfully working with a range of councils in Sydney on numerous residential projects.
