We are delighted to announce the appointment of Bridgeen Rocks to the new role of National Strategic Leader, Client Experience and Growth.

Bridgeen Rocks will lead our National Client team to increase conversions of business opportunities, partner with Sector Leaders on growth and expansion strategies, and lead the key Client Experience Program at Architectus.  

Bridgeen brings a wealth of experience in executive roles across the architecture, property, and construction industries. She has led client advocacy and market growth strategies at organisations such as AECOM and Hassell, where she unlocked value for clients. Bridgeen is passionate about bringing talent together to deliver exceptional client experiences. She is highly respected in the industry for her vision, energy, creativity and strong people focus.
