Next generation designers celebrated

Today we celebrate a number of promotions across a range of sectors and markets, including 24 graduates who will step into the position of Designer. These next-gen design professionals bring energy, passion and focus to what they do in our studios for clients every day. We also congratulate 15 staff who have been elevated to Senior Associate and Associate.

Leading the way are our two new Associate PrincipalsDr Kellee Frith and Liz Seuseu, both based in Melbourne and both formidable experts working in their unique spaces.

Kellee is an Education Environments Strategist who’s skilled in articulating the links between pedagogy and design, identifying opportunities to enrich the physical environment and foster rich, diverse, and connected teaching and learning experiences. Her work on award-winning projects such as The Clendon Centre at Loreto Toorak and Carey Baptist Grammar Middle School shows how a partnership between strategy and design leads to exceptional outcomes.

An Architect in the Living sector, Liz has worked on everything from high-end residential projects to social housing to mixed-use commercial developments. In recent years, she has played a key role in bringing valuable new work into the practice, including Collins Wharf 5 & 6 and Elgin Towers, one of Homes Victoria’s key public housing projects. At Architectus Aotearoa, she led the delivery of the award-winning Wynyard Central development in Auckland.

Congratulations to our dedicated team. We value the unique skills and insights of our people and are proud of the impressive and diverse range of talent we have across the practice
