Adrian Melo

Adrian is a senior urban planner with a detailed knowledge of NSW local government planning controls. He has eight years’ experience working for Council’s including City of Ryde, Warringah, City of Sydney and Architectus. During this time Adrian worked on development assessment and strategic planning across a broad range of projects, allowing him to cultivate an in-depth understanding of local government’s planning requirements.

 

Adrian has provided advice, and helped to assess and prepare a variety of projects including high and low density residential, bulky goods, commercial, and industrial developments. He also has coordinated responses on Part 3A Major Projects, Urban Activation Precincts and State Significant Development Applications. His extensive experience provides him with an insight into the processes and procedures that affect development outcomes.
