Simon has been with Architectus for 20 years and has played key roles on projects throughout Australia and China, including several multi-award-winning buildings such as 1 Bligh Street. He specialises in largescale commercial and residential developments.

A skilled and rigorous architect, Simon explores each project’s unique complexities and understands the requirements and challenges of all stages of design and delivery. His early attention to critical issues underpins smooth processes and leads to a seamless transition between project phases and the delivery of exceptional buildings and spaces.

Collaborating with international studios on signature projects including Ingenhoven Architects (1 Bligh Street), SOM (100 Mount Street) and Make Architects (Wynyard Place) has become a recurring theme in Simon’s career; his skill in coordinating inputs from consultants and his familiarity with current construction practice, procedures and techniques has supported the success of such projects.
