Professional Experience

Peter Hoskins has joined Architectus as a Senior Defence Advisor to support and coach our teams to deliver quality work within the Defence sector. He has wide experience in similar roles with Woods Bagot and AECOM for over 20 years. He is an accomplished manager of multidisciplinary consulting services within the Defence sector across strategic planning, design and project management. He has a strong understanding of the Commonwealth and Defence Estate, its management, compliance and procurement policies built on 20 years’ experience within Defence, predominantly managing the Defence estate, and an equal period as a specialist consultant.

For the facilities to support SEA1350PH2 – Magnetic Treatment Facility and SEA1350PH3 – Underwater Tracking Range Facility at HMAS Stirling, Peter brings current experience leading the design of complex facilities on HMAS Stirling. This is supported by a depth of relevant experience and knowledge including recent estate base planning, strategic scoping, design and project management involving stakeholder engagement, and user needs analysis to specifically support site planning, MPFR and FDB development.
