After almost two decades in the Defence sector, Michelle excels at distilling ideas and developing a clear, practical project brief that unites stakeholders and sets them up for success.

A trained interior designer, she has specialist skills in strategic briefing and space planning but also has experience in needs analysis, feasibility studies, design development and contract administration.

Her work often traverses sectors as broad as Education, Health, Aviation, Hospitality and Workplace, but she embraces the complexity that comes with Defence projects. That includes the Riverina Redevelopment Program, a $2B+ project spread across three bases she helped shape as Design Program Manager.

A natural collaborator who takes a pragmatic approach, Michelle has worked in both Project Management / Contract Management (PMCA) and Design Services Subcontract (DSC) roles with the Australian Defence Forces.
