Marcelo is a Senior Associate and key member of the Retail Development team. He has extensive experience in the planning, design and delivery requirements of retail projects.
Marcelo’s track record of designing projects within a fixed timeframe combined with his ability to manage and execute the design and development through a consultative process and managing stakeholder engagement, has led to many successful projects. He is known for his communication and presentation skills and experience in consulting with government agencies, local authorities and infrastructure providers.
He has a unique ability to identify opportunities for value-adding, along with the knowledge and experience of guiding principles and processes in the delivery of these facilities.
