Lucinda Pottage leads our Corporate Systems team. She works closely with business leaders to connect different sectors of the business, review systems and business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and keep internal operations running smoothly.

In her five years at Architectus, Lucinda has worked across Operations, People Advisory, Compliance and Resourcing. This broad experience has given her a unique understanding of business activities and the ability to determine whether systems and processes are supporting the business, improvements are targeted, and business strategies requiring systems support are being addressed.

With qualifications in both design and management, Lucinda is uniquely placed to understand and deliver support and solutions matched to the needs of Architectus.

Lucinda is an energetic leader who uses her customer focussed, stakeholder management and cross-functional influence to build strong, collaborative relationships across the organisation. Her proven leadership and management skills are key to her success in the implementation, integration and enhancement of business systems that support and elevate the way we work.
