Hayley McIntyre

Hayley is an outgoing communicator and results-driven operations professional with an extensive background in supporting multiple service disciplines. She is adept at achieving high-quality outcomes, whilst building strong working partnerships across the practice. Hayley has project management experience in developing and implementing support systems, processes, and infrastructures to optimise operational efficiencies.

In her role as Group Operations Lead, Hayley supports the Board and Corporate Governance requirements, leads the Studio Operations team and internal operational activities across all Architectus studios, carries out special projects in partnership with the CFO, and leads the operational sustainability and resilience workstream.
