Dave has developed a reputation as a collaborative, thoughtful leader who enjoys positive relationships with all parties on his architectural projects, be it client, contractor, stakeholder or fellow consultants.

He believes good design is the product of a well-coordinated building and a sound rationale. Throughout each project’s life, Dave works openly and effectively with the client to formulate and deliver the brief to reach a high-quality, functional outcome.

Dave brings over 15 years of experience across aviation, rail and heritage and has developed a passion for rejuvenating existing buildings such as the historic Kong Long Land retail redevelopments, Grade 1 Listed castle upgrades in Wales, and unique chapel refurbishments in Sydney. He also has a special interest and expertise in major infrastructure projects, developed on projects such as the design of Box Hill Station for Suburban Rail Loop in Victoria and the Macau Bridge Immigration Building in Hong Kong.

This combination of experience in major infrastructure projects and brownfield redevelopment has culminated in Dave’s ongoing contributions to upgrading the Sydney Airport International Terminal, one of Sydney’s most important and complex pieces of infrastructure. He led the recently completed T1 Security Screening upgrade and the T1 Consolidated Transfer project for Sydney Airport, now one of his key clients.
