Studio leaders ‘lean in’ to pandemic impacts at AIA

Our Sydney and Melbourne Studio Leaders, Marina Carroll and John Sprunt, will share their insights on the effects of prolonged remote working when they join the Australian Institute of Architects (AIA) ‘Lean In’ series event on 1 September.

They’ll talk about what they’re seeing in the workplace, both positive (people kicking career goals, trust, flexibility) and negative (change issues, burn out, mental health struggles). And they’ll make some predictions on what the next two years might look like as we continue to emerge from our COVID cocoons.

The AIA’s ‘Lean In’ series for members brings architects together to share their experiences in especially trying times. Read more about it and register here.
