Brisbane workplace receives 6-Star Greenstar rating

Brisbane commercial workplace receives a 6-Star Green Star certified rating from Green Building Council of Australia.

Designed as an exceptional workplace, providing opportunity for renewal aligned with a function brief, our completed commercial office at 123 Eagle Street has received a 6-Star Green Star – Interiors v1.2 rating.

With consideration for our financial banking client requirements, the overall design response reflects the physical and climatic characteristics of Queensland, in particular the light, temperature, colour, and culture. This is presented throughout a range of settings for client engagement and within the fabric of the workplace.

“The impact of our work on the environment and planet remains a key pillar of Architectus, and a sustainable approach to fitout is front of mind for our design teams.  We are incredibly proud of our achievement of the recent 6-Star Green Star rating for this project, which delivers a workplace that is imbued with consideration for our carbon footprint, and the wellbeing of its users”, says Simone Oliver, Principal and National Interior Architecture Sector Leader, Architectus.
